Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort is an oceanfront hotel on Avenida Niemeyer, between Leblon and São Conrado, beneath Morro Dois Irmãos. In Wild Orchid, it provided the exterior setting and views from the fictional hotel where Emily and Claudia stay. On screen, the Sheraton views are combined with lobby and foyer interiors filmed at Palácio Quitandinha in Petrópolis.
